USAGE: !ip / /
UPDATES/CHANGES:

To activate .chanset #channel +ip | BlackTools : .set +ip
To chose a different language .set iplang / / /
To work, put the two tcl’s in config from the arhive: json.tcl , http.tcl (if you don’t have them instaled)
